This year’s celebration honors influential Philadelphians whose work continues to uplift and enrich our communities:

Mother Mary Campbell – Philadelphia National Day of Prayer

Dr. Donald Dumpson – President/CEO of Diverse Arts Solutions and Minister of Arts at Arch Street Presbyterian Church

Loree Jones Brown – CEO, Philabundance

Dr. Lorina Marshall Blake – President, Independence Blue Cross Foundation; Vice President of Community Affairs, IBX

The evening will feature dynamic performances by:

CAPA Dance Department

CAPA Theater Department

With powerful music, expressive dance, and theatrical artistry, this celebration shines a spotlight on the resilience, creativity, and legacy of Black Philadelphians—past and present.

This event will also be held in memory of Regina Smith, whose contributions and spirit continue to inspire.
