Save T-Rex! Hearing to Save The Academy on Natural Sciences
It’s official!
On October 7 from 2-5 pm, the Legislative Oversight Committee will hold a hearing to examine, on the public record, how Drexel arrived at their shameful decision to shut down the Academy of Natural Sciences’ public museum.
We will hear public testimony from members of Drexel’s leadership, experts in the field of museums and public spaces, and concerned advocates.
And your voice matters too! We can still save the Academy and we need you to continue to lift up your voices!
If you or someone you know would like to submit written or video testimony, contact Grace Savage at grace.savage@phila.gov to learn more.
And if you aren’t able to attend, you can watch the hearing online at phlcouncil.com/watch-city-council/.
