Silvia Lucci started LUHV in 2016 with her husband Daniel. She will tell “the LUHV Story” — how the couple, immigrants from Argentina, took a health-fueled vegan journey from home cooking to becoming a top producer of fresh-made and prepackaged vegan foods. With restaurants in Reading Terminal Market, Hatboro, and now Point Breeze, it’s truly a Philly LUHV story for the ages.
Silvia Lucci notes that “Veganism transformed our lives,” and adds that “we strive to ‘mainstream’ veganism by making it accessible to everyone.” The company also tries to “redouble that impact using sustainable practices” that minimize its environmental footprint.
