Philadelphia Environmental Partnership Dinner
The Pennsylvania Environmental Council (PEC) is proud to honor leaders in sustainability at this year’s Environmental Partnership Dinner. The ceremony, held November 19 at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel, will recognize those who have worked to improve southeastern Pennsylvania’s communities and steward its natural resources through innovation and partnership:
Decarbonization Leadership Award – City of Philadelphia Office of Sustainability for clean-energy procurement, energy efficiency upgrade financing, sustainable government initiatives
Watershed Restoration Leadership Award – Philadelphia Water Department for Flat Rock Dam and Manayunk Canal restoration
Winsor Award for Lifetime Achievement – David Hess, former DEP Secretary and publisher of PA Environment Digest
