Perennial Candles Refill Pop-Up

We are excited to offer monthly candle refills every month!
Perennial Candles will be picking up vessels dropped off by noon the day of the event. Each vessel will be refilled off site with clean-burning soy and coconut wax, then returned to the shop for pickup during the following month’s event. How it Works
- Drop off your vessel by noon the first Wednesday of the month.
- Submit the candle refill form. Feel free to complete this on your own or in the shop.
- Vessels are filled off site. Once completed, an invoice is emailed.
- Pay your invoice online and pick up your candle on or after the first Wednesday of the following month.*
*Refills dropped off by September 3rd will be ready on October 1st.
Accepted Vessels
- durable heat-proof metal vessels
- heat-proof glass vessels
- at least 3mm thick
- glazed ceramics vessels
- for items that are more likely to be porous (very vintage, fine lines in glaze), a non-toxic sealant will be applied to ensure that your vessel is safe
- free from cracks, chips, or imperfections that could cause it to break or leak
Can’t make it the day of the event? Feel free to drop off vessels any time during shop hours; and they will be picked up for refill on the designated Wednesday of the month.

Perennial Candles is a small-scale, sustainability-focused candle company based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Our goal is to reduce waste without sacrificing quality by using recycled candle vessels, providing candle refill options, and utilizing thoughtfully sourced wax with clean fragrances.
