Outdoors Online – All About Salamanders
February 18 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Did you know the earliest salamanders lived 230 million years ago? Or that the largest salamander in Pennsylvania can grow up to two feet in length? Or that their presence can tell us a lot about ecosystem health? We’ll learn all about these amazing amphibians with presenter Julie Travaglini of Allegheny Land Trust.
Grab a hot drink, get cozy with a blanket, grab your laptop (or smartphone), and join the program via Zoom.

About the instructor:
Julie is the Senior Director of Education and Curriculum for Allegheny Land Trust. In her role, she creates hands-on STEM and place-based lessons for children and adults alike as well as providing state accredited professional development for educators.
