Opera on Tap Presents: Whimsy in the Garden at Ebenezer Maxwell Mansion
Opera on Tap Philadelphia is delighted to be back at the Ebenezer Maxwell Mansion for our 3rd annual garden recital on Sunday, September 6th! This year we have a new and exciting theme: Whimsy in the Garden ✨🦋
This is a kid-friendly show designed to introduce classical singing to new and young audiences in an accessible outdoor environment. Expect to hear whimsical favorites from opera, classical, and musical theater.
We are also excited to announce a partnership with the Education Department of @operaphila, who will be hosting an interactive Opera Story Time in the middle of the show!
Along with singing and story time, we will have an activities table with coloring, crafts, bubbles, fidget toys, and more.
The full show will be around 90 minutes, including story time and intermission.

Join us in the Victorian garden of the Ebenezer Maxwell Mansion in Germantown which is a lovely spacious front yard perfect for an afternoon picnic and musical activities.
Gates will open around 2:30pm with the show starting at 3:00pm.
BYO: chairs, blankets, picnic food & drinks, & a sense of whimsy!
