Come explore the trails at Brinton Run Preserve and learn about the plants and animals that call the Preserve home!
Join North American Land Trust staff for a leisurely hike through fields and forest and engage in an open non-formal discussion about the plants and animals that call Brinton Run Preserve home. NALT Conservation Biologist and Environmental Scientist will lead a hike and discuss recent project initiatives and efforts across the Preserve. Some topics to be discussed during this informal hike might include the native plants, birds and wildlife that exists at BRP and how to identify them, pollinator and native habitat creation, invasive species removal and anything else nature related that comes up along the way. The hike is meant to be fairly easy to moderately challenging but please wear appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear as some of the hike may take us off trail. Bring binoculars if so inclined and perhaps we’ll see some birds and wildlife!
