Mural Arts Restorative Justice Kids Paint Day

Join us for a special, heartwarming event designed for children from justice-impacted families. Restorative Justice Paint Day is an opportunity for children to express themselves creatively while engaging in healing, restorative activities. Through guided painting sessions, participants will explore themes of hope, resilience, and connection, fostering a sense of belonging and support.
This event aims to provide a safe, welcoming space for children to share their emotions and stories without judgment. As they paint, they will also have the chance to learn about restorative justice—how understanding, empathy, and accountability can help rebuild relationships and create stronger communities.
No prior art experience is needed—just bring your imagination! All materials will be provided, and participants will leave with their artwork as a symbol of their strength and creativity.
