Celebrating 30 Years of Social Impact

To celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2026, Social Impact Studios is taking over an empty storefront at 641 South Street, Philadelphia for the month of July for a retrospective pop-up exhibit and line-up of guest events that starts on First Friday, July 3rd and ends on July 28th. Under the umbrella theme “Say it. See it. Be it.,” the pop-up celebration will include: a retrospective exhibit of 30 years of work with more than 500 groups; a calendar of events that put a spotlight on collaborative partners, organizations, and other social entrepreneurs; hands-on art-making; live music by the SIS houseband The FlipCharts; and a dedicated “WPA Poster Day,” that will feature SIS’ special project to research and celebrate the posters that were made during the 1930s & 40s – many of which have not been seen in 90 years.
