Members Only: Winter Tree Care – Tour and Lecture

Join our Arboretum Manager—and tree expert—Aaron Greenberg for a special members-only workshop on how to set your trees up for success this season.
We’ll begin outdoors (weather permitting) as Aaron demonstrates the art and science of proper winter pruning. Then we’ll head into the warmth of the Conservatory to enjoy hot chocolate and an engaging talk on tree pruning techniques and winter tree appreciation.

- We will depart from the CONSERVATORY inside the cemetery (not the first building you see when you enter from Belmont Ave.).
- Directions for getting to Laurel Hill West are linked here.
- Laurel Hill West is located at 225 Belmont Avenue, Bala Cynwyd PA 19004 (GPS Directions: 340 Belmont Ave.)
- When you arrive and enter the cemetery you will pass two sets of gates and see a white line on the road. Follow this line to the Conservatory
- NOTE FOR UBER/LYFT RIDERS: Have your driver go into the cemetery following the above directions—otherwise, you will have a 5–10-minute walk to the event location.
- Free parking is available outside the Conservatory.
