Make Forest Baskets with Jamie Campbell

All ages and abilities. No sew, no experience necessary. A terrific way to make something extraordinary from leftover yarn and fabric.
Special guest teaching artist Jamie Campbell will demonstrate and guide participants through original 3D basket construction. Jamie created large scale sculptures and instablation work in the gallery at Cherry Street Pier during Phantastic Phibers. She has taught several workshops in Studio 16 including creating bats, light up jellyfish,Felted Fairies, and Delaware River Monsters. She exhibited an installation in “Weaving on the Waterfront” August 1-31 on the 2nd floor balcony at Cherry Street Pier, exhibiting with @bonniemacart
