Philly’s top musicians unplugged in an intimate pastoral garden setting
You will be in for a special treat when we present Veronica Hudson aka Hudson River, an amazing percussionist and composer who specializes in the vibraphone. Just close your eyes and imagine the beguiling melodic tones of this instrument in communion with the sounds of a late summer evening in the garden at dusk. We are excited to present Hudson in this new series of intimate, unplugged concerts in the confines of the verdant Roots Community Garden (600 West Spencer Street, 19120).
Attendees should bring lawn chairs or blankets and hats and sunblock. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors at the park. Light catering provided by Donia’s Dishes, but BYOB / food is encouraged.
