With a career spanning more than three decades, Matsui has collaborated with legends including Miles Davis, Stevie Wonder, Bob James, Hugh Masekela, and Lalah Hathaway, and has become one of contemporary jazz’s most beloved and influential voices. Her music transcends borders, blending rich harmonies, global rhythms, and deeply emotional storytelling that connects audiences around the world.
Matsui’s recent work, including her landmark 30th recording Euphoria, reflects her lifelong mission to inspire unity, hope, and compassion through music.
