Meeting at Harvey Street
This Halloween, all of the witches, ghosts and goblins are coming together to take care of Wissahickon Valley Park! Put on your favorite (non-restrictive) Halloween costume and join us for a fun day of stewardship! We’ll be planting native trees and shrubs, removing litter, cleaning up debris, and removing invasive plants. Prizes for best Halloween costume will be awarded!
No experience is needed. We provide gloves, tools, instruction, and Halloween candy – you just need to show up! Volunteer service Days are excellent, easy ways to help us take care of Wissahickon Valley Park. Be sure to wear sturdy footwear and long pants, and bring a water bottle with you. Detailed information and the specific meeting location will be sent by email the day before the event. For more information contact Amelia Marren at [email protected]
