greo wurk storytelling sessions

In honor of African storytellers, an exploration that connects our past, present, and future narratives through writing, crafting, engaging with nature, and conversation. This workshop supports folks with getting unstuck toward their future story of what is possible by processing grief, connecting deeply emotionally, increasing empathy for others, practicing vulnerability and creativity, and promoting community in their environment.
about the facilitator blew kind:
Inspired by her afro-indigenous lineage, blew kind creates transformational experiences where folks can connect deeper within themselves and each other toward their highest self. She offers moments of pause, conversation, and discovery where we can experience daily magic, while being open to heal individually and collectively. blew’s play involves poetry, crafting, dance, and community space making. Born in Virgina, blew moved to Philadelphia for theatre school at University of the Arts in 2006. She currently resides in Germantown and is a lifelong student of African dance, diasporic storytelling, and living communally with the earth and each other.
