Gnome Core: Experimental Art Performance

Spend some quality time with our Gnome in Residence. This year’s Performing Artist in Residence is our own Professional Hermit, Alex Tatarsky. Alex’s performances will take place on the grounds of Glen Foerd and will inhabit a space somewhere in between eco-lecture, object dance, and foraged dinner theater.
Although the concept of the professional hermit faded away at the end of the 18th century, it has not left us entirely. It has evolved from the antiquarian druid to its current reincarnation in the person of Alex Tatarsky: Garden Gnome.
This performance will be located near the water tower and will include walking.
This event is rain or shine and suitable for ages 18+
