FREE Tie Dyeing At Cherry Street Pier

Sponsored by Cherry Street Pier, and hosted by Cassie of The Craft Coven, we will be offering a chance to dye your very own cotton t shirt! We will have shirts while supplies last so show up early if you know you want something to dye. Or come prepared with your own white cotton shirt and we’ll provide everything else!
Dyes can get a little messy so I suggest wearing clothes that you don’t mind if they get some stray color.
We will have some gloves available but may run out. If you know you’re sensitive to chemicals I suggest bringing your own rubber gloves.
All finished dye projects will need to sit for 24 hours before rinsing for optimal color adherance. That means all projects will be sent home in a ziploc bag. Bring an additional waterproof/dye safe bag if you’re concerned about the dye spreading.
