Chay Wike, home cook and author of The Kitchen Commune cookbook, will lead an enlightening cooking demonstration on incorporating anti-inflammatory and allergen-friendly meals into our everyday lives. Chay holds a certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and applies functional nutrition to her approachable and delicious recipes.
