Are you ready for the April 8th Solar Eclipse? Join us at Ambler Library for a special program on solar eclipses!
This will be the last Total Solar Eclipse to land on the U.S. soil till 2045. Solar Eclipses are one of the most wonderful natural events one can experience in a lifetime. The eclipse here in S.E. Pennsylvania will be a deep partial solar eclipse. Learn all about solar eclipses at our program on March 18.
Why do eclipses occur? Why don’t solar eclipses occur every month? How can we view a solar eclipse safely?
Members of the Bucks-Mont Astronomical Association will be here to answer these questions plus more and help you have a safe experience enjoying the Solar Eclipse on April 8th 2024.
Registered attendees will receive a pair of certified solar eclipse glasses (one per family, while supplies last), compliments of The Astronomical Society of the Pacific and NASA.
