Cooking Class with Iris Brown (Vegetarian/Vegan)

Iris Brown is hosting a BYO cooking class in our Villa Africana Colobó Garden, where she will teach how to make Puerto Rican favorites!
As the first class of a three-part cooking session, Iris will teach the May 9 group how to make sofrito and asopao, two Puerto Rican classics.
This event will be BYO!
*In case of rain class will be held at NSNP Offices, 2041 N Howard St.
