Connect – Great Backyard Bird Count

Which species of feathered friends can you draw to a bird feeder during winter? Join Natural Lands’ staff member Debbie Beer to find out and participate in the annual Great Backyard Bird Count, now in its 26th year. This international initiative engages people of all ages and experience levels in counting birds to create a real-time snapshot of bird populations. Just a few minutes of bird watching contributes valuable community-science data. It’s free, fun, and easy.
Connect and explore with Natural Lands. This is our “online” program all about the Great Backyard Bird Count; then join us at Cheslen and Hildacy Preserves for the “onsite” programs to put your new knowledge into practice.
