Community of Practice sessions return this August with a focused session for co-op curious accountants/bookkeepers/and other finance folks. The zoom workshop is on Thursday, August 17th, from 6:30-8pm. Link in bio to sign-up! In this session, PACA will chat briefly about some of the ins and outs of why co-ops are rad. Then, co-op experienced CPA, Professor Mavery Davis, will facilitate the remaining majority of the session. He says, “We will discuss the accounting needs of a co-op vs traditional business, how to support co-ops and open up new revenue streams for your accounting/bookkeeping practice.”
Exciting! We can’t wait to have you there for this important conversation.
Our Community of Practice program gives educational sessions to various co-op curious practitioners and professionals, in order to grow an ecosystem of support for cooperative ecosystems, as well as for practitioners to expand their client base with cooperatives.
