Climate Positive at Home: Inflation Reduction Act Rebates & Tax Incentives

The Office of Sustainability (OOS) and the Philadelphia Energy Authority (PEA) will present on strategies for climate positivity at home.
The Federal Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) offers many financial incentives to be more climate positive and healthy at home. Come learn about opportunities to receive federal rebates and tax incentives for:
– Heat pumps
– Rooftop solar
– Weatherization
– Electrical upgrades
– Water heaters
– Electric vehicles (new and used)
- And other win-win strategies for reducing greenhouse gases at home.
The discussion will include details on eligibility and timeline, as well as information on programs and other technical resources available at the local level to help Philadelphians improve their homes, reduce utility costs, and combat climate change.
