Attend this workshop to learn all about the types of cavity-nesting bees with Jennie Kelly
Join us for a workshop all about cavity-nesting bees in Pennsylvania. Several species of mason and leafcutter bees nest in small cavities. In this workshop we will learn about these species, their environmental impact, and how they build their homes. You can even help support this insect by installing a home in your backyard. We will go over the steps necessary to do so, and how to maintain the home. You can even take some reeds home to work on your own creation.
