Canoe Club Open House

The Philadelphia Canoe Club is hosting our Annual Open House on June 29th from 10 am to 4 pm. There will be live music, boating in canoes and kayaks on Wissahickon Creek, food, drinks, and a used gear sale. All equipment is provided and experienced boaters will be there to support your paddling experience. Gear sale includes boats which you can try before you buy as well al lots of great outdoor clothing and gear.. Please join us at the historic old mill clubhouse to help celebrate our 120th Anniversary at the confluence of the Wissahickon Creek for a day of fun and community. Enjoy live folk music featuring the Schist Creak Stompers and singer songwriter Zach Weagley- 4900 Ridge Ave -along the Schuylkill River Trail, follow the driveway behind the Wissahickon Transportation Center to join the festivities.
