Come Tour Villanova University’s Stormwater Control Measure Research and Demonstration Park.
Villanova is one the leading university in the research of Stormwater Green Infrastructure. The Program headed by Dr. Robert Traver conducts hydrologic and water quality research on several types of stormwater water control measures including: Stormwater wetland, bio-infiltration, bio-retention rain gardens and swales, pervious concrete/porous asphalt, infiltration trenches and green roof.
The on-campus tour will be led by researchers and will discuss current research of the various stormwater controls.
There will be a sufficient amount of walking around campus at this event. Tickets are free, but registration is required.
Specific parking & meeting location will be emailed to all registrants before the event.
