Buddhist Ethics, Mindfulness and Insight for Recovery

Saturday meditation with Kevin Griffin hosted by Delaware Valley Insight, Unitarian Society of Germantown and Recovery Dharma Intersangha.

Join us for practice and discussion with Kevin Griffin in a session hosted by Delaware Valley Insight, the Unitarian Society of Germantown and the Recovery Dharma Intersangha of Pennsylvania. Our event will be at the Shamabhala Center of Philadelphia. We will also have a concurrent Zoom, should you feel more comfortable attending online.

This program is appropriate for both new and experienced meditators — all are welcome.

Teacher Bio: Kevin Griffin is the author of a series of books on Dharma and recovery, including One Breath at a Time: Buddhism and the Twelve Steps and his latest, Buddhism and the Twelve Steps Daily Reflections. A longtime Buddhist practitioner and 12 Step participant, he is a leader in the mindful recovery movement and one of the founders of the Buddhist Recovery Network. Kevin teaches internationally in Buddhist centers, treatment centers, professional conferences, and academic settings.
