Brew N’ History Tour: Autumn Edition
Step into the historic Christ Church Burial Ground for an evening tour exploring the intersection of colonial brewing, tavern culture, and early American history.
This guide-led tour highlights the final resting places of Revolutionary-era leaders, signers of the Declaration of Independence, and notable Philadelphians—from Benjamin Franklin to a famous tavern keeper. Along the way, you will learn how 18th-century drink culture fueled political debate, social life, and daily routines in the early Republic. Five select stops feature a curated sampling of local craft beers paired directly with the historical figures and stories told at their gravesides.
