Boozy Tea at Aqimero
Aqimero by Richard Sandoval presents Boozy Tea, a monthly dining experience featuring a four-course Latin-inspired menu and personal teapot cocktails with bold, seasonal flavors. Each event includes a live DJ and, during July dates, live portrait painting by local artist Callie Avellino of CallieCo Paints, who will also showcase her Philly and cocktail themed artwork for sale.
The tasting menu includes dishes such as tuna ceviche with lychee citrus broth, garden guacamole with grilled peach and pomegranate, cheesesteak empanadas, and honey cheesecake with honeycomb, blood orange, and flambé. Guests choose from a featured cocktail lineup, including a Matcha Mojito, Honey Lavender Margarita, or Hibiscus Paloma Punch.
