Bird and Connect with NextGen

Join Natural Lands’ NextGen community (folks in their 20s, 30s, and 40s) for birding at John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge at Tinicum. We’ll explore Philly’s best boardwalk, learn about winter waterfowl, and connect with fellow nature enthusiasts at the birthplace of Natural Lands.
Led by Natural Lands’ staff and members of our NextGen Council, we’ll walk through a picturesque landscape, highlight birds, and share how Heinz Refuge supports wildlife and engages communities around this 1,000-acre urban oasis in southwest Philadelphia.
