Bells Mill Road Clean-Up
Meeting at Bells Mill Road and Forbidden Drive (see map here)
Bell’s Mill Road will be closed starting at 7:00 am, so please plan where you’ll park ahead of time!
There is plenty of neighborhood street parking near the Manatawna Trailhead, which is about a half mile hike from our meeting location.
There will be porta potty access during the service day.
Would you like take part in keeping Wissahickon Valley Park beautiful and sustainable? Then join us this Saturday as we close down Bells Mill Road for a large scale litter clean-up!
All are welcome to attend, and no experience is needed. We encourage attendees to work within their own comfort level, and we always strive to accommodate needs on an individual basis.
We provide gloves, tools, and instruction–you just need to show up! Be sure to wear sturdy footwear and long pants, and remember to bring water with you. Detailed information and confirmation of the meeting location will be sent by email the day before the event. If you are hoping to bring a group of 5 or more people, please reach out to us first.
