Beer and Jazz Pairing Experience

Join Bill Covaleski, co-founder of Victory Brewing Co, for a remarkable seated and guided beer tasting experience that explores an uncommon dimension of beer pairings in collaboration with The New Philly Sound, a jazz quartet, and local drinks author Marnie Old.
As the evening’s beer guide, Bill will select and pour a different local craft beer with each performance on the set list, where each beer is chosen to pair well with the mood and complexity of the music. Sourcing locally to provide you with freshness and product integrity, Bill will serve traditional beer styles that demonstrate brewing history as well as innovative brews that nudge your experience into exciting new realms. As emcee, Marnie will provide fascinating context on how modern neuroscience is illuminating unexpected connections between senses as distinct as taste, smell and sound.
