We’re thrilled to welcome you to this year’s in-person Annual Member Meeting — open to all cooperative members, PACA members, and stakeholders. Come reflect on the past year, hear important updates, learn about current offerings, and help strengthen our cooperative community. Together, we’ll celebrate accomplishments, engage in meaningful dialogue, and vote on key topics.
We encourage cooperative members or representatives to bring business cards, flyers, or informational materials so others in the ecosystem can learn about your work and make new connections.
Stay for small bites, beverages, and line dancing led by one of our Board members — because community building should be joyful too! Your voice and presence make all the difference — we can’t wait to see you there.

Ahead of the Annual Member Meeting, we’d love to hear about how your co-op is doing and what you’ve been up to! PACA is currently seeking responses from philadelphia regional co-ops for the PACA 2025 Needs Assessment Survey. This is the first needs assessment conducted of the region’s cooperatives in nearly 20 years! The survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Your response will be crucial to our work moving forward in developing co-ops, advocating for co-op legislation, and growing the region’s solidarity economy.
