2025 Delaware Estuary Science & Environmental Summit

The 2025 Delaware Estuary Science and Environmental Summit will be held in Wilmington, DE, at the Chase Center on the Riverfront.

The theme of the event is Bridging the Gap Between Science, Policy, and Action. The summit will feature three tracks with sessions like Living Resources, Sediment Material Management, Climate Change, and more! A light breakfast and lunch are included with registration.

Please note that if you wish to attend the dinner on Tuesday, February 11, there is a separate ticket available for purchase (this is not included Summit registration).

Press Policy

Partnership for the Delaware Estuary welcomes journalists, reporters, radio personalities, photographers, film crews, and other members of the traditional news media to the 2025 Delaware Estuary Science & Environmental Summit.

Due to funding and space constraints, a limited number of press passes are available for the 2025 Delaware Estuary Science & Environmental Summit. Please review the following policies and deadlines for requesting a press pass.

• Press must present credentials to verify affiliation with print, broadcast, or recognized Internet media. Business or organizational membership cards are not sufficient to establish eligibility.

• Eligibility is subject to approval by PDE. You will be notified if your request for complimentary press credentials is approved, denied, or if additional information is needed to confirm your status.

• Working press may not solicit business from attendees, exhibitors, or any participants during the PDE summit.

• Press badges are limited to one per organization and editorial staff only.

• To be considered for a press pass, media/press representatives should fill out a press registration form before January 15, 2024. Click here.
