Yesterday I was picking up some ricotta and eggs for a baked rigatoni dish at the Fair Food Farmstand when I spotted a new display: Happy Cat Organics seeds. Spring must really be on on the way.
I’ve talked before about Grushes, and tomato guru Tim Mountz from Happy Cat definitely makes the cut. For more on Mountz and his wife Amy’s heirloom seed operation (which features over 200 varieties of tomatoes), check out Grid‘s PASA Insert, Farmbook 2010. Their seeds are available on Happy Cat’s website and now at the Fair Food Farmstand.
