Mama’s Wellness Circle 🤎
Motherhood asks so much of us. This gatherings brings us together. Who holds the mother? This circle is an invitation to be poured back into.
Join us for a gentle evening of movement, breath, sound, and community as we create space for mothers to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and be held by one another. Together, we’ll explore restorative yoga, breathwork, a nourishing sound bath, and guided conversation facilitated by a doula, offering space to share the joys, challenges, and wisdom of the motherhood journey.
Whether you’re seeking rest, connection, or simply a reminder that you’re not meant to carry it all alone, you are welcome here.
This is a donation-based offering because we believe every mother deserves access to care, healing, and community.
