Signing of Philly’s Declaration of Interdependence
Enjoy a beautiful day at FDR Park for the signing of the Declaration of Interdependence. Celebrate with neighbors and friends, be a part of a community art build, and enjoy different cultural offerings! This is a family friendly event.
The Welcome and Ceremonial Signing will begin at 10:30 am so please arrive on time.

Important Information Regarding the Event:
We encourage you to bring your own water and snacks as well as a picnic blanket to sit on. We are aiming to be a zero/low waste gathering. We also encourage folks to support the African American and Southeast Asian Markets at the park for lunch afterwards.
There will be a film maker shooting footage to document the event. If you do not want to be filmed, please tell the filmmaker directly so they can respect your boundary.
