Join us for a 45-minute rhythm-based cycling class at a woman-owned cycling studio, City Cycling, where the vibe is empowering and the energy is unmatched. This high-energy ride will push your strength, stamina, and confidence through sprints, climbs, and choreography that move with the beat of the music—every rhythm fueling your power.

Leading the ride is Latisha, a powerhouse instructor who has been cycling for over 20 years. Her energy is top-tier, her playlists are motivating, and she knows exactly how to guide riders of all levels to push themselves while still having fun.

No weights needed. Just bring your energy and be ready to ride.

This class is perfect for beginners, while still giving advanced riders the challenge and burn they love.
