Here & Gone: Artists in Connection with Lansdowne : Opening Reception

Please join us on March 14th from 1 – 4 PM for the opening reception and curator walkthrough of Here & Gone: Artists in Connection with Lansdowne.
Here & Gone: Artists in Connection with Lansdowne is an interdisciplinary exhibition exploring the creative spirit of a community in motion. Featuring a diverse group of 5 contemporary artists who have called Lansdowne home—past and present—the exhibition examines how their time as residents unwittingly influenced their artistic practice.
Join Here & Gone curator and exhibiting artist Joseph Iacona at 2pm, alongside other featured artists of the exhibit, for a curator-led artist talk. Joseph will lead the public through a tour of the show. He will invite attending artists in the exhibition to share their story, perspective, and relationship as artists with Lansdowne and how their time in residence has influenced aspects of their art and life. This will last approximately 30 minutes, followed by an open Q & A.
Through guiding questions and interactive dialogue, Here & Gone invites the audience to see their community anew, celebrating the social fabric that connects those who have stayed, those who have moved on, and the art that remains.
Featured Artists:
Ramsey Beyer, Maryann Held, Joseph Iacona, Derek Ludwig, Scott Porcelli
Public gallery hours are Saturdays and Sundays, noon – 4 pm.
