Upon arrival, enjoy a glass of sparkling wine and light snack. Once seated, you will be guided through a curated progression of wines from Penns Woods Winery in Chadds Ford thoughtfully paired with refined appetizers by Sweet Amelia’s Chefs Zack and Karessa Hathaway of Kennett Square. Each pairing will showcase the harmony of local craftsmanship and seasonal flavors. 
Set within one of the arboretum’s most distinctive spaces, the evening will be intentionally intimate, preserving the quality of the experience while also allowing for meaningful interaction with both the chef and the sommelier.
