Join us on Saturday, November 16th from 3–6 PM at Love and Liberty (1009 Marshall St.) for an intimate afternoon of connection and self-expression.
We’ll explore the history and meaning of African waist beads, enjoy lite bites and a welcome drink, and you’ll be adorned with your first strand. The evening will flow with heartfelt conversation and a sacral activation meditation to help you reconnect with your body, creativity, and feminine energy.
