Learn how to take plants growing in your garden and available in the stores to build an herbal immunity medicine cabinet to support you during the cold and flu season. Kara Jo will discuss how to tap into natural healing powers of herbs and flowers that we can grow in our gardens.
Kara Jo is a long time co-op member shares her love and knowledge about holistic remedies with Weavers Way community. She also has a range of natural products for sale at some Weavers Way locations. This is an online session. A zoom link will be emailed to you after your registration.
