Educational Equity Summit

Breakthrough of Greater Philadelphia presents the Educational Equity & Diversity Summit, a powerful community gathering focused on advancing equity and diversity in education. The event will feature leading voices in policy, law, and education, including Dr. Khalid Mumin (Former Pennsylvania Secretary of Education), Councilmember Isaiah Thomas, and Cara McClellan (University of Pennsylvania), with moderation by Dr. James Peterson of WURD Radio.
The Summit will bring together educators, policymakers, families, and advocates to explore innovative approaches, discuss systemic challenges, and highlight actionable solutions to create more inclusive schools and communities.
