Community Fund for Immigrant Wellness Community of Practice
The Community Fund for Immigrant Wellness is excited to host our first Community of Practice session! Join us at Creative Praxis on July 23, 2025 at 9:00 AM for a morning of learning, sharing, and connecting with fellow grantees.
As the first session of this year’s Community of Practice, our goal is to foster collaboration and support for grantees of the Community Fund for Immigrant Wellness. Come ready to engage in meaningful discussions and activities to co-design this year’s Community of Practice. We do expect that a representative from each organization will attend – if your organization is unable to join, please reach out as soon as you’re able.
