Pasta & Pairings: A Cooking Demo with Chef Sophia Gallimour
Join Chef Sophia Gallimour, owner of Sophusion in Lansdowne, for a delicious evening of culinary creativity! In this hands-on cooking demo with a complementary glass of wine you will learn how to make quick easy pasta dishes. Sophia will guide you through the preparation of three unique pasta dishes, each paired with a complementary wine.
On the menu:
🍝 A vibrant vegan or vegetarian pasta
🍅 A bold and classic red sauce pasta
🧄 A rich and creamy white sauce pasta
Whether you’re a kitchen novice or an experienced home cook, this class offers something for everyone. You’ll get expert instruction, tasting portions of each dish, and wine pairings to round out the experience.
