A Gratitude Jar is a simple, yet powerful tool for practicing gratitude. It’s a jar (or other container) where individuals regularly place notes, each containing something they feel thankful for. The idea is to focus on the positive aspects of life, big or small, by writing them down and collecting them over time. Whether it’s at the end of year, certain day you celebrate or around a holiday, Gratitude jars can be used privately or in a group setting to foster positivity and mindfulness in everyday life.
