Black Be Beautiful Mural Tour is an intimate and transformative tour perfect for first time visitors, introverts, locals, celebrations, students, and more! Hear courageous stories of Black audacity while enjoy over a dozen larger than life murals less than 15 minutes from all popular Center City attractions.
Hosted by Chrissy, a Philly native passionate about community healing, building, and harm reduction from Black erasure. Stories include the impactful work of former NAACP president and civil rights activist Cecil B. Moore and features The Village, a 30+ year old nonprofit art campus dedicated to uplifting local art, healing, pride, expression, and creativity.
Plus…a portion from all tours/event sales allows us to provide free/low-cost tickets and resources to locals and businesses.
This tour is easily accessible by bus/train, uber/lyft or driving (free parking).
