Providing Delaware River Basin leaders with practical information for shaping adaptation projects that reduce exposure to climate impacts.
Welcome to the Climate Workshop happening at The Discovery Center on Monday, October 28, 2024 at 10:00 AM
Join the Delaware River Basin Commission and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 3 for a day filled with interactive sessions and expert speakers examining climate change adaptation through the lens of the 3 top climate impacts facing the Delaware River Basin: increased temperature, changes in precipitation patterns, and sea level rise.
Attendance at this event is FREE. Box lunches may be available to pre-order and purchase on site. Please note your interest in the registration. You are encouraged to bring your own lunch.
The goals of the event are:
To give tribal, state and local leaders the information needed to execute climate adaptation projects.
To create an ongoing Delaware River climate community that connects partners who need to work collaboratively to solve complex climate challenges.
