The inaugural cohort of Climate Justice Field School interns will share their work with Philly-area organizations to advance justice.
The Climate Justice Field School is a 4-month-long program that placed Temple undergrads in internship positions with local organizations to advance climate justice in the Philadelphia region. We have a stellar cohort of 5 students who have been working with grassroots non-profits, the City of Philadelphia, and federal agencies on a range of projects to address environmental vulnerabilities and inequities. The Community Showcase event features the important work they accomplished together. After a series of brief presentations, there will be a reception during which attendees can interact with the interns and their supervisors.
This event is generously hosted by the Center for Sustainable Communities and Charles Library at Temple University.
